Voyage on the Mayflower has two parts for students to explore. The first part is an interactive map of the journey across the Atlantic Ocean. You can click on placemarks on the map to read and hear about the journey. The second part of the Voyage on the Mayflower takes you "inside" the Mayflower to see and hear about the parts of the ship.

Finally, Scholastic has partnered with Plimoth Plantation to produce three video tours of Plimoth Plantation, a Wampanoag homesite, and a Pilgrim homesite.

We use present continuous to talk about actions in progress now:
  • We aren't watching a comedy, we are watching a cartoon
  • We aren't eating pizza, we are eating burguers and chips, we are drinking milk

This video is about past simple and past continuous

  • Some days ago Sam and Anna were talking when I went into the kitchen
  • The day before yesterday we were having dinner when the phone rang
